A Garden Inspired Vignette
Hey Friends! Thanks for coming by the blog today. We are heading into our weekend with some outdoor projects and I wanted to share something with you today that I created last weekend. A garden inspired vignette with a hint of vintage and cozy . I found these amazing olive branches some time over the summer and I knew I wanted to create a “topiary” with them I just wasn’t sure how. A vintage floral frog was exactly what I needed to hold them up in the terra cotta pot. Confession: I absolutely adore terra cotta, especially when it has a great patina on it.
Our laundry space needed some fun spring touches and I think this vignette does the trick. Last year I bought this pot that is reminiscent of a Greek bust and I adore her. The plant I bought with her didn’t work out but she is so fun to add to vignettes like this, adding an extra element of texture. In fact this vignette has all of the elements that I love for this time of the year; plants( real or faux), terra cotta, chippy pots and warm textures. Have you started to add spring elements to your home yet? I know its early but this warm weather has me feeling ready this year. I hope we can tackle the outdoor projects that we still need to do. I am excited to share those.
Thank you again for stopping by the blog today! Have a great weekend!
