A Garden Inspired Vignette

Hey Friends! Thanks for coming by the blog today. We are heading into our weekend with some outdoor projects and I wanted to share something with you today that I created last weekend. A garden inspired vignette with a hint of vintage and cozy . I found these amazing olive branches some time over the summer and I knew I wanted to create a “topiary” with them I just wasn’t sure how. A vintage floral frog was exactly what I needed to hold them up in the terra cotta pot. Confession: I absolutely adore terra cotta, especially when it has a great patina on it.

Indoor Garden- Strawberries and Lettuce

I hope that you all are not getting sick of me sharing our indoor gardens. I am loving them, having plants especially ones that we can harvest and eat is so important to me. A few weeks ago we decided to buy these hydro gardens(below) and I have to say they are the best investment. The lettuce we have harvested is amazing, I have had three salads so far. The best part is that the lettuce can be harvested for up to 5 months in these pods. We just make sure to keep the water filled up and to give them plant food every two weeks. I have never tasted better lettuce. My husband calls me his little rabbit and I love it.

A Spring Farmhouse Entryway

Spring is finally here and I am so excited. I have been loving this space in our home so much. Entryways make my heart happy especially when they are functional while also being pretty. I have already started to plan how I want to style this space in the summer. I know I am jumping the gun on that one it is just so fun to style. To make it feel welcoming and cozy I added soft blues, subtle pops of pink and greenery.
