Summer Update

Admittedly I stink at updating this blog and I apologize for it. It has been my intention from the start of it to update it frequently but as you can see that really hasn’t happened. We have been crazy busy with work and house projects( they aren’t the pretty ones that will make the blog).

Currently we are working on getting the backyard set up with some new DIY firepits that I will be sharing and maybe setting the pool up we got this year. My husband jokes that it is a elevated kiddy pool and tbh I am here for it. Recently we took a small day trip to St Michaels where I learned how to kayak and I fell in love, so much so that I own my own paddle and life jacket. Now all I need is my own boat! We also took Rosie out for a hike to our favorite park to see our favorite house( above picture). Its been a summer of small adventures and I have been loving it!

What have you been up to this summer? For me it feels like it is flying by, but we are soaking in as many adventures as we can!
