A Garden Inspired Vignette

Hey Friends! Thanks for coming by the blog today. We are heading into our weekend with some outdoor projects and I wanted to share something with you today that I created last weekend. A garden inspired vignette with a hint of vintage and cozy . I found these amazing olive branches some time over the summer and I knew I wanted to create a “topiary” with them I just wasn’t sure how. A vintage floral frog was exactly what I needed to hold them up in the terra cotta pot. Confession: I absolutely adore terra cotta, especially when it has a great patina on it.

Guest Bedroom Mood Board

I just realized the other day that it has been a long time since I have been on here. If you follow on IG you know that we were traveling and at the tale end of our trip I unfortunately got sick. It just seems like that time of the year am I right? While the weather is all over the place we have been talking more and more about what projects we want to get done first. I am really hoping that we can get our shed built and then work on our guest bedroom. Today I wanted to share a mood board that I have been working on in the mean time.

Hydro Garden Update

Hello Friends!

We are currently enjoying a much need vacation in the west but I wanted to take some time to update you on our gardens. We are so excited because everything is starting to grow with the exception of two things we planted. Did you know that cilantro seeds are inside of a coriander pod? We sure didn’t so needless to say the cilantro did not grow. The best part about this garden set up is that we can just get a new grow pod and try again.
